Build
Once the website design has been approved, the build stage begins. A development plan will have been written up to keep things on track and provide key information.

Test/checklist

When the build is complete, we test it on all major browsers and devices to ensure it doesn’t have any bugs. A comprehensive checklist ensures all tasks have been completed.

Content insertion

After testing, usually with placeholder content in place, the real content is added. This will have already been written or prepared by our copywriter.

SEO

At this point the SEO team will jump in to work their magic. They may spot further improvements so the Developer will tweak the code to address it if need be.

Live

Before putting the website live, one last sanity check is undertaken and a list of all post-live tasks is created and briefed to the relevant people.

Monitor and update

To keep the website performing well after launch we have a routine process in place to monitor and improve site speed, 404s, security, platform updates and more.
